Matt Maltese is a Film Editor and Motion Graphics Designer who resides in New York City. He discovered his love for editing at a young age, using his still camera's 15 second movie feature, he cut together short video clips to tell his stories. After graduating from The New York Institute of Technology with a BFA in Communication Arts, several of his film professors including the college's President, recognized his talent and employed him for their Documentaries, Narrative Films, and Motion Design projects.
Since then, he has shot and edited over a dozen narrative short films, promotional videos, and a feature length documentary, The Road Home (2009). He says "What I love about editing is that despite it's invisibility as an art form, it can still affect you deeply on an emotional level."
